What is Reiki?
Reiki is a natural stress relief and health improvement therapy that can enhance the body's healing ability and promote general well-being. It can stand alone as a healing practice or support both orthodox and complementary medicine. Practicing Reiki is similar to meditation and can provide a relaxing effect equivalent to three to four hours of sleep.

A: Absolutely! While the session is geared towards those who are new to Reiki, we welcome all levels of experience. You may gain new insights or perspectives that you haven't encountered before.
